You spend so much of your energy taking care of everything and everyone around you. Work, responsibilities, family, and the day-to-day details never really stop. Over time, that constant pace shows up in your body. Your shoulders tighten. Your jaw clenches. Your neck starts to ache. Stress and tension slowly build until your body is carrying more than it should.
When was the last time you truly unplugged and let yourself relax?
Decompress Massage Therapy was created to give you that space. A calm, welcoming environment where you can slow down, breathe, and feel supported. Whether your tension lives in your neck and shoulders or you simply need an hour to reset, this is your time to take care of yourself.
Maybe that looks like a massage every other week to keep stress from building up. Or maybe it becomes a monthly ritual to stay grounded. Either way, this is for you.

I’m the second oldest in a family of six and was homeschooled until fourth grade. All of my classmates seemed to know exactly what they wanted to do when they grew up, but I was kind of clueless in that department and ended up becoming a stay-at-home mom after having my first daughter at just 20.
But after my second daughter turned two, I found myself feeling restless, frustrated, and quite honestly, bored out of my mind. I didn’t have a college degree—just an online nutrition certification that cost me $10k and that my mom told me was worthless. Spoiler alert: it was absolutely worthless.
I never really thought I’d become a massage therapist, but sometimes life presents you with a choice. Mine looked like me crying at the kitchen table, desperate for a change—and that change ended up being massage school. Best decision I’ve ever made.
I’ve always seen massage a little differently than most. Right away, I knew I didn’t want to offer painful or uncomfortable massages. Massages should feel good, provide satisfying pressure, and whisk you off to a place free from tension and stress. You shouldn’t know what planet you’re on when you leave the massage room.
Life has thrown me all kinds of curveballs. I’ve been divorced. I’ve been a single mom. I’ve worked part-time, then full-time, and eventually found myself running a business and working over 70 hours a week. Then I got remarried to my awesome husband, who I met on Facebook Dating (yes, it’s a thing) after many years of online dating.
Through it all, massage has been my constant. I’ve been fortunate to work with thousands of clients using my signature slow and intentional massage style. I’ve seen so many women (and some men) feel 10x better once they started getting massages regularly. I’ve had people go from never getting massages to becoming loyal clients who came in twice a month because their lives were just better with massage.
I’m still in awe of how much massage helps—not just with tension, but how much it can help with your stress. Every day, you’re bombarded with more. More stress. More pressure. More messages telling you you’re doing it wrong or you’re not enough. You open your phone and immediately feel like you’re falling behind or not measuring up.
I’m convinced that massage is needed now more than ever. Your nervous system needs it. Your mental health needs it. And your body definitely needs it.
When you have a reliable way to reduce – or even eliminate – stress and tension, it becomes a non-negotiable.
You can’t imagine life without that ooey-gooey, feel-good reset.
If someone seems incredibly calm and grounded, chances are they’ve got a massage therapist on speed dial.
