The interview process at Decompress is designed to ensure alignment between your values and ours.
We believe in creating a positive and nurturing environment for both our staff and clients.
During the interview, we’ll discuss your background, experience, and values to determine if you’re a good fit for our team.
Following the interview, we’ll conduct a practical assessment to experience your massage skills firsthand.
This allows us to gauge your technique, professionalism, and ability to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Upon successful completion of the practical assessment, we’ll schedule time for you to undergo training and complete necessary paperwork.
This comprehensive process typically takes about 4-6 hours and sets you up for success in your role at Decompress.
During this time, you’ll have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with our procedures, techniques, and protocols.
Additionally, you may even get to experience firsthand what it’s like to Decompress, further immersing yourself in our approach and culture.
Once training is complete and paperwork is finalized, we’ll add you to our schedule, and you’ll begin taking care of our valued clients.
