The interview process at Decompress is designed to ensure alignment between our values and yours.
We believe in creating a positive and nurturing environment for both our team and clients.
We start with a phone interview. If it goes well, you may be invited to an in-person interview, where we’ll dive deeper into your background, experience, and values to determine if you align with our team.
Following the interview, we’ll conduct a practical assessment to experience your massage skills firsthand.
This allows us to gauge your technique, professionalism, and ability to provide exceptional service to our clients.
If you’re still developing your massage skills but have an exceptional attitude and strong work ethic, we may still consider you for a position on our team.
Upon successful completion of the practical assessment, we’ll schedule time for you to undergo training and complete necessary paperwork.
We take training seriously at Decompress. Whether you’re joining our guest services team or working as a massage therapist, you’ll complete four days of hands-on training to set you up for success.
During this time, you’ll get the opportunity to learn our customer service approach, core values, systems, and services.
Once training is complete, you’ll go through a test-out evaluation to ensure you’re fully prepared to begin working with guests.
